Wedding Stationery FAQs


Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions pertaining to our custom wedding stationery services. 


We take pride in designing memorable wedding stationery with the intention of setting the tone for your special day. From creating the perfect wedding logo to designing fabulous menu cards for your tablescape; we can reassure you that no details will be left untouched.


The Consultation

Upon completion of our Wedding Stationery Inquiry Form, you will have the opportunity to schedule a complimentary consultation conducted via email or phone to discuss your stationery needs, style, budget and all design details leading up to your special day.

The Proposal

After the initial consultation, a proposal will be sent via email. Once the proposal is reviewed and approved, a non-refundable retainer and signed client service agreement is required to begin the stationery design process. 

Design and Proofing

Upon receipt of the signed client service agreement and deposit, please allow three to seven (3 - 7) business days to receive a digital proof of your order. During the design and proofing process we will discuss stationery verbiage, printing methods, design styles and recommendations based on your wedding stationery needs.
Once the final proof(s) are approved, the remaining balance is due in full and the order is sent to production. The estimated turnaround time for custom stationery orders is 4 - 8 weeks.


All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FEDEX. An adult signature will be requested upon delivery.
