2) When should I expect my order to arrive?
Please allow up to 1 (one) business day to process your order. Orders will arrive within 2 - 7 business days. Your tracking number will be sent via email once the order is ready to ship. For international orders, please expect longer transit times.
Orders are shipped from New York.
3) How are the orders shipped?
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail with Tracking.
Your order will be delivered to your mailbox. Express shipping is also available an additional cost. Please Note: We are not liable for shipping delays once the order leaves our facility.
4) What is your return policy?
E-Books/Digital Products: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping costs and restocking fee. Please contact us at email@example.com regarding your refund request.
