1) How do I go about personalizing my order?

 Unfortunately, this option is unavailable at this time. Please check back in the near future!

2) When should I expect my order to arrive?​

 Please allow up to 1 (one) business day to process your order. Orders will arrive within 2 - 7 business days. Your tracking number will be sent via email once the order is ready to ship. For international orders, please expect longer transit times. 

Orders are shipped from New York.

3) How are the orders shipped?

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail with Tracking.

Your order will be delivered to your mailbox. Express shipping is also available an additional cost. Please Note: We are not liable for shipping delays once the order leaves our facility.

4) What is your return policy?

E-Books/Digital Products: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping costs and restocking fee. Please contact us at hello@stationeryforlovers.com regarding your refund request. 

5) I am interested in selling your products at my retail location or online boutique?

6) What is the preferred method of payment?

Stationery For Lovers® accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments. All payments are processed via a secured connection.

7) In addition to the redeemable love notes, should we expect to see more products in the near future?

Great question! We are in fact adding a variety of products to our shop. Items that include candles, note cards, home decor and so much more. Be sure to follow us on social media and subscribe to our mailing list to keep up to date with the latest.
