1) How do I go about personalizing/customizing my order?

Personalization/customization is unavailable at this time. We will offer these options in the near future! Please check back or subscribe to our email list for updates?

2) When should I expect my order to arrive?​

Please allow up to 2 (two) business day to process your order. Orders will arrive within 2 - 10 business days. Your tracking number will be sent via email once the order is ready to ship. For international orders, there may be longer transit times. 

During Peak/Holiday season please expect longer shipping times.

3) How are the orders shipped?

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail and United Parcel Service (UPS) with Tracking.

Your order will be delivered to your mailbox/front door. Express shipping is also available an additional cost. Please Note: We are not liable for shipping delays once the order leaves our facility. If an item is lost, stolen or damaged, we will submit a claim to the carrier.

4) What is your return/exchange policy?

E-Books/Digital Products: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Our goal is to create excellent products that you will love! In the event, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping costs and restocking fee. For exchanges, shipping costs will be billed to the customer. Please contact us at hello@stationeryforlovers.com regarding your refund/exchange request. 

PLEASE READ: For seasonal items (i.e. Christmas, Valentine's apparel/products) we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse - all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the item(s) is damaged/defective. We will require proof and determine at our own discretion if the product qualifies for a return/exchange.

6) What is the preferred method of payment?

Stationery For Lovers® accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments. All payments are processed via a secured connection.
